I appreciated the helpful staff. my return flight got canceled. the hotel booked me automatically on a flight the next day. The hotel also arranged an extra night at a reasonable rate, and communication was EXCELLENT. The hotel looks lovely and very clean.
The hotel restaurants closed due to the low season. this could have been clearer to me and it was disappointing.

The location is picturesque on the shore, with a bay located only a five minute walk away. Taxis to locations such as Mdina and Valletta are cheap at around a euro per minute.

I thought the breakfast had everything you could possibly want. There was a wide range of food for all ages and tastes. The staff here were also very cute, which I thought was a nice touch.

The rooms felt spacious and comfy, everywhere felt clean. Staff seemed happy to help. I had a GREAT time in the rooms and I enjoyed the view.

I found excellent facilities . The ocean views were also fantastic from every angle. There were two pools and beach access, a great convenience. The hotel offered several restaurants with affordable prices for a quality experience.
The surrounding area isn't great. It is good for amenities and shops, though.

The gym featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel also provided a heated outdoor pool. This is a welcome feature. I noted access to both indoor and outdoor pools.

The staff were attentive and friendly, from the concierge to housekeeping. The reception staff seemed very amenable. I appreciated their efficient handling of multiple requests (nothing was too much to ask).

The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of food. It seemed to satisfy everyone's tastes. The Italian restaurant presented delicious food. I found the piano bar restaurant cute too.

My junior suite featured a double balcony with bay views. The room was fully stocked with amenities. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the suite cool even during the summer heat (this was very welcome).
